aidosaur: Golduck.  For the Light Grey Art Lab Pokémon Battle Royale show! I was asked to join the Pokémon Battle Royale show and wound up getting assigned Golduck!  The design for Golduck (also named Golduck in Japanese) is based off these water demons called Kappa, so I tried to push the design somewhere closer to that in a sort of traditional sumi-e style.  Not sure if I really succeeded, but it was a fun project to do! The Pokémon Battle Royale show opens April 20th in Minneapolis, MN. this is always really odd to me because ive been seeing these everywehre and I just found out its like a block from my dorm
