Buuuuut theres a reason i posted this on my personal blog rather than reblogging it or pointing fingers at a specific person, just putting an opinion out there. I can post my opinions on my blog without tagging them or directed them to named or specifically referenced people
and there are also a lot of people who think that its the best plan rather than just cutting corners, and the idea is to emulate the character to the best of your ability, yeah? Sometimes craftsmanship can’t get to the level that you’d wish because of personal ability, but it’s a quick fix that looks a lot better with really minimal effort.
Its sort of like suggesting a much better alternative to troll paint that smears everywhere and needs constant reapplication?
It wasn’t really meant to be a malicious attack just an fyi because some people aren’t aware that zentai masks exist and the cost/effort vs an altered ski mask is about the same, but the zentai pretty much looks better imo

honestly anon it’s actually very helpful advice and i know that when i cosplay i at the very least want to make it look as true to the character as possible, in this case a zentai suit is much better than a ski mask and black shirt/pants/gloves
